  •       Can you see yourself repeating the same patterns over and over?

  •       Are you attracting the same type of friends or clients - some you could live without?

​​

  •       Do you sometimes suffer bouts of overwhelm or anxiety when faced with change?

In 8 sessions you will discover:

​

  • change - regardless how big or small - is achieved with small steps

  • starting something is NOT the hardest part

  • asking for help is a sign of courage

  • we are able to give you that 'kick start' and help you set your intentions

I offer a 20 min obligation free phone call for us both to see if we feel this work would help you. 

Our sessions run between 90-120 mins each week for 4, 8 or 12 weeks.

All sessions can be face-to-face or on Skype.
