Believe in Your Parenting is a 12 session program to help you discover what you really believe about being a parent. It's not meant to call you out, it's a way for you to discover more about YOU and to know you are doing a great job!
This program cannot guarantee that you will become a better parent, it will however bring clarity to why you parent as you do.

It's fun, a little challenging and a unique way to find the true parent in you.
The Believe in Your Parenting exercises and processes are designed around the acronym A.C.H.I.L.D:
Attitude - is everything
Creativity - your new best friend
Habits - breaking the bad ones
Influences - staying focused on what you know
Language - the energy behind your words
Doing - the secret to growing together
Face to Face (or Zoom) sessions
Our 12 session program involves having conversations around, but not limited to, the topics outlined above. These conversations reveal your true essence that lies within - and it's not always what you think it's going to be! My role is to ask the right questions, lead the conversation and listen to you. Beliefs are often hidden in humour, sarcasm or quick throw-away lines THEY are what lie between you and your definition of the 'perfect' parent.
When your hidden beliefs have been identified, I will take you through a unique process to 'remove' those beliefs from your subconscious mind enabling you to make new choices.

Our sessions run between 90-120 mins each week for 12 weeks.
