Believe In Yourself: Bali Retreat 10-16 June 2018

Booking Policy

A booking for BIY:Bali Retreat is confirmed when a deposit of $1435 (early bird) or $1900 (regular Price) AUS is paid, $500 of which is non-refundable.

By making a payment of a deposit or full payment for BIY: Bali Retreat you are accepting Believe In Your Business Terms & conditions.

If a booking is made after 25 May 2018 the FULL amount is required to confirm your place.

Every client must obtain full travel insurance to attend the BIY: Bali Retreat covering all overseas medical expenses and a trip cancellation policy in the case that the trip is cancelled by either yourself or Believe In Your Business (the Business organising BIY: Bali Retreat)

Every client must provide Believe In Your Business with full insurance details at the time of final payment along with a signed copy of our participation and liability waiver form. Failure to do so results in a cancellation of the booking and forfeiting the full amount of paid deposit.

Payment Policy

Early Bird option 1: Before 15 April 2018 $2870 AUS

Regular Price: On or after 16 April 2018 $3120 AUS

The Early Bird discount only applies if the booking is made prior to 15 April 2018.

The Early Bird Option 1 price can be made as a deposit of $1435 AUD, $500 of which is non-refundable BEFORE 15 April 2018 and a balance payment of $1435 made by 25 May 2018.

- in full with $500 AUS being non-refundable.

- OR as a deposit of $1900 AUS, with $500 being non-refundable plus the balance of $1220 AUS by

25 May 2018.

Any Bank fees incurred by transferring money are the sole responsibility of the client.

It is the client's responsibility to pay for all extra services NOT included in BIY: Bali Retreat in cash in the local currency (IDR) or where facilities allow, credit card payments can be accepted.

Client Cancellation Policy

If the client cancels the booking the following cancellation fees will apply:
If you cancel 60-90 days prior to date of departure (10 June 2018) 75% of any payments made will be refunded excluding the non-refundable deposit of $500 AUS.
If you cancel 5-59 days prior to date of departure (10 June 2018) 50% of any payments made will be refunded excluding the non-refundable deposit of $500 AUS.
if you cancel on the day or 4 days prior to date of departure (10 June 2018) only 10% of any payments made will be refunded excluding the non-refundable deposit of $500 AUD

Believe In Your Business Cancellation Policy

If Believe in Your Business cancels BIY: Bali Retreat, ALL monies for the cost of the retreat will by refunded. Believe in Your Business will not be responsible for plane tickets or any additional travel costs or other costs associated with the booked trip.

If Believe in Your Business cancels or changes the scheduled retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full payment to the new retreat date or you may request a full refund of your payment. Believe in Your Business is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation of the cancelled retreat ie plane tickets, loss of work etc.

In the event of a cancellation or refund, Believe in Your Business will not be responsible for any currency fluctuation and will refund the original amount that was invoiced.

Change in Services and Itinerary Policy

Believe in Your Business reserves the right to change its itinerary of Retreat activities and services due to extraordinary circumstances - eg. external forces, government regulations, delays in third parties, weather and oceanic conditions etc. If any part of the itinerary is changed, the client will be informed as soon as possible. The retreat schedule and inclusions can change at any time without notice.

Believe in Your Business reserves the right to change its location due to unforeseen issues - eg third party delays or problems, construction etc. Believe in Your Business will ensure the standard is kept the same in all the accommodation and activities planned.

Client Data Use and Protection

The client agrees that he/she may be photographed and/or filmed during his/her stay and/or activities in connection with BIY: Bali Retreat and also agrees that Believe in Your Business may use such recordings for promotion and/or advertising purposes without any additional consent.

Believe in Your Business assures that all personal data will be treated confidentially and not be transferred to any third party other than necessary to fulfill the booking or delivery of the requested service. The client can terminate this agreement at any time in written form via email (Gaynor@believeinyourbusiness.com.au). In that case, the personal date and/or footage will not be used for promotional purposes.
