WHAT IS COFFEE COLLECTIVE?

Coffee Collective is like having your very own FOCUS GROUP!

We are a group of business owners who work from home or alone in an office or studio.  More and more people have the opportunity to work from home and while it has its advantages, many people become isolated and miss having somebody to bounce an idea off, or discuss a business dilemma. Coffee Collective offers peer support, we meets monthly to discuss chosen topics and to generally support each other.  

 

Who can come to Coffee Collective?

This group is open to any business type and is not restricted to one business from each industry.  It is also a mixed group of 20 male and female business owners.  We meet from 9.30am - 11.15am on 3rd Tuesday of each month

 

We offer 3 segments for you to take part in Did You Know ....? ;  My Business Dilemma... and Practice Your Presentation

 

Our Did You Know...? segment gives Coffee Collective Members the opportunity to share something with the group, this could be a marketing activity that went well (or not so well), a CRM system, a great webinar they experienced etc, something that could benefit all members.

 

My Business Dilemma ... is an opportunity for Coffee Collective Members to present their business and their business dilemma to the group for constructive feedback.  As business owners we are often so close to our business we don't see the obvious - when it's pointed out, it can get us back on track immediately!

 

Practice Your Presentation This is an opportunity for you to practice your presentation on us!  If you have never presented before it's a great place to start - Why? - Because if you stuff up, it doesn't matter you are not infront of a potential client!  Give it a go, even if you present often, have you ever asked for feedback? Is what you are presenting clear and informative?  Does your presentation need updating?

 

Our Facebook Group... This page is to promote your business; ask for advice and support; and to generally keep the group connected between meetings.

 

Facebook Notice Board... once a month we invite members to nominate a business owner who is unable to attend our meetings but who could benefit from our FB support.  The only condition is that it is a business that does not already exist in the group.

 

The group is facilitated by Believe in Your Business, with direction from the group.
